Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, community-focused projects within our construction and development portfolio. This hands-on role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects forward, exercise sound judgment, and navigate fast-paced, often ambiguous environments. You will manage projects from planning through to close-out, collaborating closely with development, finance, operations, consultants, and site teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading the full project lifecycle, managing schedules, budgets, and quality, and making timely decisions while adapting to changing conditions. You will coordinate with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and internal teams to align stakeholders and mitigate execution bottlenecks. Additionally, you will identify and manage project risks, develop realistic schedules and forecasts, and propose practical solutions to emerging issues. As a leader, you will support and develop Project Coordinators and other team members, fostering accountability and momentum across project teams. Clear communication with leadership and stakeholders is essential, as is managing consultants and contracts professionally. A strong commitment to safety and organizational values is also required. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex construction projects. Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
