Senior Project Manager - Software Projects (Consulting)

Senior Project Manager – Data and Enterprise Software Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) | Type: Permanent, Full-Time An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought to lead complex enterprise software and data implementation projects within a consulting or professional services environment. This role requires someone who can confidently manage end-to-end delivery, build strong client relationships, and work effectively with both technical and senior business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise-scale software or data platform initiatives, with strong budget ownership and a proven ability to keep multi-workstream projects on time and on budget. Experience with data warehousing, data integration, or cloud-based data platforms is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences. Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban, is important. A project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be an asset. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a strong bonus. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering complex implementation projects, managing risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining project documentation and status reporting, facilitating alignment between technical teams and client stakeholders, handling escalations, and supporting pre-sales and scoping activities.
