Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee major business and technology initiatives within a collaborative IT environment. In this role, you will guide projects from initial planning through delivery and closure, making sure work stays aligned with business goals, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder needs. You will coordinate efforts across internal teams, business partners, and external vendors, serving as the main point of contact for project activity. The position involves managing scope, risks, priorities, and resources while keeping leadership informed on progress, issues, and recommended next steps. Success in this role depends on strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary education in a relevant field and several years of hands-on project management experience. A professional project management certification is an asset, along with additional training in change leadership, governance, or related areas. You should have a solid understanding of project delivery methods and best practices, plus experience using common project tracking and collaboration tools. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Bilingual ability in French and English is required.
