Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior project management professional to lead major construction-related assignments within a geomatics-focused team. This position is responsible for overseeing complex, high-value projects from initial planning through final completion, with a strong emphasis on delivery, coordination, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage project budgets, timelines, forecasting, and change management while working closely with clients, contractors, and internal specialists. You will help guide execution across multiple workstreams, track costs, identify risks, and make practical decisions that keep work moving forward. Experience with power infrastructure or line-based projects would be considered an advantage, but it is not essential. This role is suited to someone who performs well in fast-paced environments and is confident handling large projects with competing priorities. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are important, along with the ability to support and mentor team members. A background in project delivery within construction or related technical environments is required. Professional registration is an asset, though not mandatory. The position offers a competitive salary in the CAD 150,000 to 175,000 range, depending on experience. Travel is required, and related expenses are covered. Candidates may be considered for remote, hybrid, or office-based arrangements in select Canadian locations, with flexibility for applicants from other areas as well.
