Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will involve leading large, complex initiatives with significant enterprise impact while providing executive decision support and managing escalations beyond project execution. The position requires strong influence with senior stakeholders and a focus on accountability and return on investment across the project portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing governance frameworks and support models that ensure alignment with strategic objectives, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and collaborating with business leads to create project charters. You will define critical success factors, establish realistic deadlines, and manage project financials with a focus on accuracy and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 10 years of project management experience, including at least 8 years leading cross-functional programs. Strong financial acumen, experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and the ability to influence senior executives are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate problem-solving agility, coaching abilities, and possess an executive presence. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification or an MBA, and bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
