Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex, long-duration initiatives within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will guide projects from early planning through delivery, working closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, developing and maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and managing several concurrent workstreams. You will coordinate across departments, support stakeholder communication, and help build agreement on priorities, expectations, and outcomes. The role also involves identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, as well as maintaining clear documentation for current and future workflows. You will oversee change control, provide regular status updates, and support implementation planning to ensure smooth execution and adoption. The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of project management experience, along with a strong background in gathering business requirements, planning, implementing, and evaluating projects. Experience with technology-related rollouts or infrastructure work is considered an asset. A post-secondary degree in a related field and project management certification are preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to stay organized and effective in a demanding environment. Proficiency with common project and presentation tools is expected. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are required.
