Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital and manufacturing initiatives for a confidential industrial organization. This role is suited to a professional who has managed large, technically demanding projects from early planning through final handover, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. In this position, you will guide projects through all stages of delivery, including opportunity review, proposal support, contract setup, execution, commissioning, and closeout. You will develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, and risk controls, while monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise. The work involves coordinating multiple functions such as engineering, operations, procurement, quality, and production to ensure successful delivery of manufacturing and facility-related programs. You will also be responsible for contract administration and for ensuring compliance with relevant customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. A key part of the role is leading cross-functional teams, supporting staff development, and maintaining strong communication with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership. Regular reporting on project status, financial performance, risks, and corrective actions will be expected. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, extensive project management experience, and a background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similarly complex environments. Professional project management certification and experience with regulated or high-value programs are considered assets.
