Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior-level professional to oversee project coordination, client management, and budget tracking within environmental and occupational health services. In this role, you will support the delivery of assessments and consulting work related to indoor air quality, hazardous building materials, occupational hygiene, and related health and safety matters. Responsibilities include building strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and regulators; carrying out site assessments and inspections in residential, commercial, and industrial settings; and reviewing remediation or abatement work to confirm it has been completed appropriately. You will also help coordinate sampling programs, prepare and review technical reports, and ensure administrative tasks such as time entry and expense submission are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a relevant health and safety or occupational hygiene designation, along with several years of experience in a similar field. Experience with hazardous materials surveys, air quality investigations, monitoring work, and project coordination will be important. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and report-writing skills are essential. Proficiency with common office software, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, and flexibility to support after-hours work when needed are also required. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are necessary for travel related to the role. Additional experience in construction, training delivery, or related project systems would be considered an asset.
