Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Location: Ontario (with occasional travel across project sites) We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to $10M. In this role, you will manage budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality results while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, quality, cost, and safety throughout each project phase. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of commercial projects from planning to execution. Oversee subcontractors and maintain financial and schedule controls. Utilize project management software for accurate financial tracking. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements on-site. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management within a commercial environment. Proficient in project management software. PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage high-value projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong decision-making skills and critical thinking abilities. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and best practices. Ability to negotiate and manage contract terms effectively. Pay & Benefits Full-time, permanent position. Base Salary: $140,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.
