Senior Project Coordinator

Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator Location: Greater Toronto Area Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) The Senior Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager and be an integral part of the project execution team. The role involves planning, coordinating, implementing, and delivering projects within budgetary constraints and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the project team with on-site and off-site coordination and support. - Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). - Track and manage submittals and relevant project documentation. - Assist with pricing of change requests. - Receive, track, and inspect field purchases and materials. - Maintain daily records of labor, equipment, and materials. - Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. - Issue and manage subcontracts and purchase orders. - Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software. - Assist with quality control and assurance activities on site. - Manage and submit project closeout documentation. Qualifications: - College or university degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. - Familiarity with surveying techniques and AutoCAD software. - Strong English communication skills, both oral and written. - Strong mathematical problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage priorities effectively. - Capability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
