The successful candidate will help strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls, assist with annual planning and quarterly reporting, and provide support on special assignments, research, and transaction-related matters. There may also be opportunities to mentor less experienced team members.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with several years of relevant experience. A professional accounting designation is an asset. Strong analytical ability, advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are important.
