Senior Program/Project Manager - Buildings This senior leadership role is responsible for the successful delivery of major multidisciplinary building and infrastructure programs, including projects with very large consulting fees and construction values. You will oversee project performance from planning through completion, with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, margin, and commercial risk. The role requires strong client leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to guide complex teams toward predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will lead and support integrated teams across architecture, building engineering, environmental, civil, and other specialist disciplines, ensuring coordination across all phases of delivery. Working closely with project teams and internal support functions such as risk, legal, finance, and insurance, you will help manage contracts, resolve issues, and maintain strong project governance. You will also contribute to major proposal development, including scope definition, fee development, delivery approach, and commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring project progress, addressing cost, schedule, quality, and risk challenges, and overseeing financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections. The role also involves supporting a team of project managers, coordinators, controllers, analysts, and schedulers, while sharing lessons learned to support continuous improvement. This position may be based in any Canadian location with a buildings practice.
