Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support service modernization and business transformation. In this role, you will oversee multiple workstreams, coordinate related projects, and help ensure delivery against strategic goals and future-state operating needs. You will be responsible for planning and estimating major initiatives, guiding teams through implementation, and managing dependencies across departments. The role includes identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and tracking progress against milestones, budgets, and deliverables. You will also support change management efforts, helping business leaders prepare their teams for new processes, systems, and ways of working. A key part of the position is communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You will provide regular status reporting, translate technical information into business language, and facilitate decision-making across internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will also lead phase reviews, secure required approvals, support knowledge transfer to operational teams, and help ensure solutions are stable and sustainable after launch. This is a hybrid position with regular in-office collaboration required. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience managing enterprise programs in a structured, collaborative environment.
