Senior Program Manager

This senior leadership role is responsible for guiding the delivery of large, complex building and infrastructure programs from planning through completion. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are delivered to scope, schedule, quality, and commercial targets. The position carries full accountability for project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margins, invoicing, and overall risk control. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong working relationships and providing clear advice on delivery strategy, commercial matters, and issue resolution. The role involves coordinating internal specialists and external partners to support integrated project execution across architecture, engineering, project controls, and related disciplines. You will also contribute to proposal development by helping define scope, delivery approach, and fee structure for major pursuits. In addition, you will participate in project governance and performance reviews, monitor progress across active programs, and support teams in addressing schedule, cost, quality, and contractual challenges. A key part of the role is leading experienced project management and controls staff while promoting effective collaboration, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
