Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap for a clinical digital platform that supports multiple healthcare facilities. This role is pivotal at the intersection of clinical operations, data, and technology. The platform integrates with existing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, clinical workflows, and the operational needs of a multi-site network. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, translating business and clinical priorities into actionable plans, and collaborating with senior leadership and technology teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate alignment between clinical and operational stakeholders, ensuring that product development is informed by a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by all parties involved. The Senior Product Manager will also manage a Product Manager focused on day-to-day execution and clinic engagement, leading cross-functional meetings to drive visibility and alignment. Additionally, the role requires validating product designs with clinical staff and being present during product launches to gather real-time feedback. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably within health technology or clinical environments.
