Senior Product Manager, Fund Management

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Fund Management to join a dynamic financial services team. This role is pivotal in transforming investment fund operations by integrating fund accounting, performance, trading operations, and underlying data onto a unified platform. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing the roadmap, and overseeing delivery for the team. Key responsibilities include translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with investment operations, fund accounting, data engineering, and compliance to understand workflows and regulatory requirements. You will prioritize and define requirements that align with operational and analytical standards, write detailed user stories, and assess major design decisions. You will take ownership of critical outcomes, including daily NAV calculations for multiple funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and automating processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will manage fund performance calculations, consolidating data for clear and auditable performance claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. This position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $145,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
