Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept to polished execution. You will refine existing design patterns, improve consistency, and contribute to the evolution of our design system. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners is essential as you shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and deliver polished outcomes. Key responsibilities include translating user insights and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions, producing high-quality deliverables such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail, and continuously iterating on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio showcasing their best work. A deep understanding of design systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential. Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing startup and in the fintech sector is a plus.
