Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape complex digital products used by technical teams. In this role, you will own meaningful parts of the experience from early problem framing through delivery and follow-up, working closely with product and engineering partners throughout the process. You will design user flows that simplify difficult tasks, especially where automation and AI can reduce manual effort while keeping users in control. A key part of the work will be turning dense, operationally complex information into clear interfaces that help people understand situations quickly and act with confidence. You should be comfortable testing bold ideas with real users early, using evidence to refine direction, and changing course when the results call for it. We are looking for someone who can use modern AI tools to move quickly from an initial problem to something concrete and testable. You will also help raise the quality of the team’s work through thoughtful critique, strong design standards, and clear communication that enables others to make decisions independently. You will collaborate with product and engineering on projects from concept to launch across areas such as content movement and organization, as well as security and governance after implementation. We value strong craft, practical judgment, and a willingness to explore ambitious solutions when they better serve the user.
