Senior Product Analyst

We are seeking an experienced product analyst to help shape software improvements across web and mobile experiences. In this role, you will connect customer needs, business priorities, and technical delivery to support the creation of practical, scalable solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, quality, and marketing teams to turn operational challenges into clear requirements and well-defined work for delivery. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business needs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping processes, and supporting discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will contribute to roadmap planning by identifying opportunities for product improvement and helping ensure new features align with strategic goals. You may also support work related to automation, data-driven decision-making, and other emerging capabilities where relevant. The ideal candidate has experience in a software or product environment, understands Agile ways of working, and is comfortable using common delivery tools. Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills are important, along with the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience in customer-facing technology, retail, or hospitality software is an asset, as is exposure to AI-enabled solutions and product analysis certifications. This role is based in a remote or hybrid arrangement in Atlantic Canada.
