Senior Producer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to help lead the delivery of a major game project from planning through post-launch support. This role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to keep development moving smoothly, align priorities, and help the team meet its goals. In this position, you will guide one or more cross-functional teams, maintain roadmaps, and track scope, capacity, and risks on an ongoing basis. You will collaborate with product, creative, and technical leads to define feature goals, coordinate dependencies, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule. The role also involves building strong working relationships with stakeholders and outside partners, maintaining clear communication across teams, and helping resolve issues before they affect delivery. You will support and mentor producers and other team members, including direct reports, while encouraging growth and consistent production practices. A key part of the job is improving processes where needed to increase efficiency, quality, and team effectiveness. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in game production or project management across full development cycles. Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt methods to different situations and work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Experience with large-scale game development, external stakeholders, and modern project management tools is preferred.
