Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced process engineer to provide technical leadership on water treatment and environmental remediation projects. This role supports work across the full project lifecycle, from early studies and detailed design through construction support and commissioning. You will help prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, and contract documentation, while also reviewing drawings and other project materials for accuracy and quality. In this position, you will develop design packages, estimate scope and effort, and produce sealed engineering deliverables where required. You will also look for practical ways to improve operational performance, cost efficiency, and overall project execution. The role involves regular coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal specialists, including site visits when needed to support field activities and resolve technical issues. Additional responsibilities include contributing to proposal development, supporting business growth efforts, and working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. You will also mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a professional engineering license, and several years of experience in industrial water treatment or related consulting work. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills are essential, along with proficiency in standard office software and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
