Senior Mobile Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced mobile engineer to help design and deliver cross-platform applications that support important business workflows for small and mid-sized customers. In this role, you will own mobile features from initial planning through release, with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, reliability, and user experience. You will work primarily with a modern cross-platform framework and related JavaScript or TypeScript tooling to build apps for both major mobile platforms. This position involves close collaboration with product, design, and backend partners to turn requirements into practical technical solutions. You will also help shape mobile architecture decisions, including approaches to state management, navigation, testing, and performance optimization. A key part of the role is improving delivery processes by strengthening build pipelines, release automation, monitoring, and incident response practices. In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor less experienced engineers, share best practices, and contribute to team learning. We are looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and comfortable evaluating new tools or workflows that can improve productivity and app performance. Strong experience shipping production mobile applications, integrating with APIs, and managing app releases is essential. Familiarity with modern development assistance tools is a plus.
