Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Development
A growing investment-focused organization is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Development to lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and performance across the firm. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will design and execute talent management, learning and development, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management programs that support long-term growth and workforce strategy.
The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to build a high-performance culture, develop future leaders, and ensure employees have the skills and opportunities needed to succeed. Key responsibilities include leading talent strategy and organizational development efforts, designing talent review and succession planning processes, identifying capability gaps, and creating competency frameworks, career pathways, and development programs. The role also includes overseeing learning and development initiatives such as leadership training, mentoring, coaching, and professional development, as well as supporting individual development plans.
Additional responsibilities include enhancing the performance management framework, coaching managers on feedback and performance conversations, developing tools and training for people leaders, and supporting employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a professional HR designation preferred, and 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and leadership development.
