We are seeking an experienced talent and organizational development leader to help shape workforce capability, leadership strength, and performance across a growing professional organization. Reporting to HR leadership, this role will guide programs that support employee development, succession readiness, learning, and performance management.
The right candidate will work closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps, strengthen internal mobility, and build development pathways that prepare employees for future responsibilities. A major part of the role will be creating and improving initiatives that support leadership development, manager capability, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning.
You will also oversee performance processes, including goal setting, review cycles, feedback practices, and development planning. In addition, you will advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, culture, change support, and people management approaches that improve engagement and retention. This position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution and who is comfortable designing programs, measuring results, and refining solutions over time.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, a relevant professional HR designation preferred, and several years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are essential.
