Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

This leadership role is responsible for guiding enterprise infrastructure strategy and delivery within a regulated environment. The successful candidate will oversee teams that design, build, and improve secure, scalable, and automated technology platforms that support business operations and future growth. Working closely with architecture, security, development, operations, and business leaders, this person will help ensure technical solutions are aligned with organizational standards and compliance needs. Key responsibilities include setting the roadmap for platform and infrastructure capabilities, driving consistency in tools and practices across teams, and promoting a reliability-first and automation-focused culture. The role also involves supporting large-scale deployments across cloud environments, improving observability and system resilience, and contributing to incident resolution and performance tuning when needed. In addition, the manager will develop meaningful performance measures, report progress to senior leadership, and coordinate with delivery and project teams to prioritize work effectively. This position requires experience leading infrastructure and operations teams, strong knowledge of cloud environments and modern infrastructure tooling, and familiarity with security, compliance, and service management practices. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on technical depth, team leadership, and the ability to build strong relationships across technical and business groups.
