Senior Manager, Accounting and Business Systems

We are seeking a senior accounting and systems leader to help strengthen financial controls, administrative processes, and business reporting within a growing manufacturing environment. This role reports to executive leadership and is suited to someone who is comfortable working across accounting, operations, and process improvement. The position will oversee key finance and administration workflows, including payable and receivable activities, billing, payment follow-up, payroll coordination, and compliance-related administration. You will also work closely with outside accounting support to ensure records, reporting, and deadlines are handled accurately and on time. A major part of the role is improving how the business runs day to day. That includes reviewing existing workflows, documenting standard procedures, supporting system and process improvements, and introducing practical automation where it reduces manual work and improves consistency. You will help create clearer reporting, better dashboards, and more effective management routines. The role also involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business case preparation. In addition, you will contribute to manufacturing-related visibility such as costing, variance review, inventory controls, and process tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting judgment with a hands-on, organized approach to improving systems, control, and decision support.
