Senior Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role focuses on keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while contributing to a strong safety culture and reliable day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of relevant experience and a solid background in equipment maintenance, controls troubleshooting, and maintenance tracking systems. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, supporting automation or control-related tasks, and documenting work accurately in a computerized maintenance system. You will work closely with operations teams to help minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. The compensation range for this role is $77,979 to $86,632 annually, equivalent to approximately $37.49 to $41.65 per hour.
