We are seeking a sales professional to support occupancy growth and resident move-ins for a retirement community. In this role, you will manage the full sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, including tours, timely follow-up, and careful maintenance of lead records and forecasts. You will also help build strong local referral networks, participate in outreach activities, and represent the community at events to attract qualified prospects. A key part of the position is providing clear, compassionate guidance to older adults and their families as they consider living options and prepare for a transition. You will work closely with operations and other internal teams to help ensure a smooth move-in experience and a positive first impression for new residents. The role also involves tracking activity, monitoring performance, and staying aware of local market conditions and competing offerings. The ideal candidate has experience in consultative sales or relationship-driven business development. Background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is helpful, along with strong communication, organization, and CRM skills. A valid driver’s licence and access to transportation are required. This is a full-time onsite position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and local travel. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
