Senior Investment Officer

We are looking for an experienced investment professional to help originate, structure, and execute blended finance transactions that support development-focused projects in emerging markets. This role involves working across the full deal cycle, from assessing opportunities and building investment cases to coordinating approvals, negotiating terms, and supporting execution and portfolio monitoring. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in investment management, transaction structuring, and blended finance. A background of roughly 8 to 12 years in relevant roles is preferred, including several years working on complex financing solutions that combine public and private capital. You should be comfortable analyzing opportunities, preparing materials for decision-makers, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and is based in a major Canadian city. Compensation is competitive and includes a base salary plus incentive opportunity. The ideal candidate would be available to start around mid-2026.
