Senior Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a senior technical implementation professional to lead complex customer deployments for a growing software company. In this role, you will own the full delivery process for high-value accounts, from early technical scoping and solution design through integration work, data migration, configuration, testing, and launch. You will work directly with customers throughout the day, running discovery and implementation conversations, resolving issues proactively, and providing hands-on support for accounts you manage. The work is highly technical and customer-facing, with a strong focus on making intricate inventory and manufacturing operations function smoothly across multiple systems and channels. You should be comfortable working with ecommerce, accounting, shipping, and order management tools, as well as APIs, middleware, and other modern integration methods. Experience handling messy data, complex product structures, and operational workflows is important. Familiarity with automation and AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery is also valuable. This is not a coordination-only role. You will be in the systems, building solutions yourself and turning successful approaches into repeatable methods, tools, and internal guidance that help the wider team deliver more effectively. The position suits someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, takes ownership end to end, and wants their work to have visible impact on customer outcomes and revenue.
