We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in shaping and executing people strategies that support both operational and corporate teams. The Senior HR Business Partner will work with both hourly and salaried employee populations, requiring expertise in Canadian labor legislation, employee relations, and workplace practices.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities and providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. You will lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities include delivering core HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and learning initiatives. You will drive organizational development initiatives to enhance effectiveness and employee experience while supporting change management efforts.
Additionally, you will champion engagement and inclusion initiatives, leveraging HR data to provide actionable insights to business leaders. This hybrid role is based in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, deep knowledge of Canadian labor laws, and the ability to build credible relationships at all organizational levels. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
