This hybrid role supports the alignment of people strategies with broader business objectives while helping strengthen workforce performance and culture. The position partners with leaders to identify priorities, advise on employee-related decisions, and support organizational effectiveness through practical, data-informed HR guidance.
In this role, you will work closely with managers to provide strategic support across a range of people topics, including coaching, workforce planning, and team effectiveness. You will use insights and analysis to help guide decisions, identify trends, and improve outcomes for employees and the business. The successful candidate will also contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing environment by influencing leaders and supporting positive change.
We are looking for someone with at least five years of relevant experience and a strong background in strategic advising, coaching, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hybrid setup and can start around mid-April 2026.
