Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support to corporate teams and site leaders within a multi-location care organization. This role will work closely with managers and HR colleagues to deliver practical solutions that strengthen employee experience, support business goals, and maintain consistent HR practices across the organization. Key responsibilities include advising leaders on people-related matters, partnering on workforce planning and talent strategies, and supporting core HR programs such as recruitment, compensation, learning, employee relations, and engagement. You will help guide performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and other initiatives that build capability across the business. The role also includes promoting inclusion and respectful workplace practices, supporting managers through organizational change, and contributing to training needs and program design. In addition, you will review HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, handle complex employee relations matters, and participate in workplace investigations when required. A strong understanding of employment legislation, policy compliance, and health and safety reporting is important, along with the ability to recommend process improvements and support effective compensation practices. The successful candidate will bring several years of progressive HR experience, strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. A relevant post-secondary education is preferred, and a professional HR designation is considered an asset.
