A dynamic organization is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function and support ongoing transformation and growth. This strategic and hands-on role will encompass all aspects of Human Resources, including organizational change management, HR reporting and analytics, payroll oversight, health and safety, employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, compliance, and workforce planning. The Senior HR Manager will collaborate closely with leaders across various departments to foster a high-performance culture aligned with the organization’s values and objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies in partnership with executive leadership, leading organizational change initiatives, and supporting business growth through scalable HR programs. The role also involves creating HR dashboards and analyzing workforce data to inform strategic decisions, overseeing payroll administration for accuracy and compliance, and promoting workplace health and safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in manufacturing or aerospace, and possess strong analytical, adaptable, and collaborative skills. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes, as well as developing training programs that support employee growth and operational excellence.
