Senior Fund Accountant / Comptable de Fonds Sénior

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our dynamic Finance team as a Senior Fund Accountant. This role is essential in scaling our operations and enhancing investor and management services across our global network. Key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of quarterly financial statements, net asset value reporting, and investor reporting for various entities. The successful candidate will manage capital activity processes, collaborate with fund administrators and investor relations on reporting, and oversee fund accounting activities such as journal entries, valuations, and reconciliations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating audits, preparing audited financials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory filings. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant fund accounting experience, preferably in private funds, and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CA/CPA certification with a focus on Internal Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in both French and English is required for positions in Québec.
