Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ownership and enhancement of an internal platform that connects various network elements and operational workflows. This position involves working with an existing codebase and integrating it with multiple systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency in daily operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving the internal codebase, managing API and database integration across diverse systems, and setting technical standards for code quality and development practices. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective software solutions, while also delivering features and improvements with attention to scoping and estimation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Go development, with a solid understanding of distributed systems and integration technologies such as APIs and databases. Familiarity with telecom or ISP operations is a plus, as is experience in a small team environment where you have taken on various responsibilities. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
