Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced full stack developer to join a growing engineering team supporting a core business platform. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable working across front-end, back-end, and database layers, while also keeping an eye on how systems connect and share data as the platform evolves. In this position, you will help build and improve applications using PHP and a modern JavaScript front end, working within established engineering practices such as version control, automated delivery pipelines, Linux-based environments, and a structured testing approach. You will also contribute on the database side by writing and optimizing SQL queries, supporting schema design, and helping maintain the reliability, performance, and security of data services. The role includes collaboration on broader data architecture, with shared responsibility for integration and data flow across systems. You will also automate workflows and integrations within common business software and productivity platforms. Experience using AI as part of the development process is valued, provided it is applied thoughtfully, verified carefully, and used within clear governance guidelines. We are looking for someone with strong senior-level full stack PHP experience, solid SQL Server knowledge, and a disciplined engineering mindset. Exposure to database administration, cloud or virtualized environments, React, and business automation tools would be an advantage. This is a hands-on role on a small team where initiative, ownership, and quality matter.
