Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager

This role is responsible for leading daily food and beverage operations and ensuring service, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. The position oversees shift activity, supports budget control, and helps confirm that all operational and legal requirements are followed. It also involves coordinating supplies and uniforms, monitoring equipment, and keeping staffing levels aligned with service needs and business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and supervisors to build a cooperative, accountable, and service-focused environment. Responsibilities include setting priorities, tracking productivity, supporting routine inspections and cleaning programs, and stepping in when needed to cover duties across the department. A strong understanding of guest service is essential, with a focus on addressing concerns quickly, improving satisfaction, and reinforcing high standards through coaching and feedback. This position also includes managing performance expectations, supporting appraisals, and helping employees develop through guidance and mentoring. Candidates should have several years of relevant food and beverage, culinary, hospitality, or related management experience, or a combination of education and related experience in a similar field.
