Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead accounting operations for a growing multi-entity organization. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day finance activities, manage a small team, and ensure the company’s books, controls, and reporting are accurate and timely. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable both leading processes and rolling up their sleeves to complete journal entries, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial statement preparation. The right candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end and year-end close, consolidations, and management reporting. You should be confident maintaining reliable financial records, resolving balance sheet and intercompany issues, and supporting external accounting or audit requests. Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is important, along with the ability to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and increase reporting efficiency. You will also help oversee payroll processes, including reviewing inputs such as compensation changes, deductions, and employee status updates, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. A CPA designation is preferred, and candidates should bring several years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business, ideally within a technology or software environment. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work across multiple entities are essential.
