This full-time ongoing role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of a healthcare site’s buildings, plant and infrastructure. You will help ensure facilities remain safe, reliable and compliant, while coordinating maintenance activities and small-scale improvement works.
Key duties include planning and monitoring preventative maintenance, overseeing repairs and upgrades, and tracking compliance requirements across the site. You will work with external contractors, consultants and internal teams to support delivery of facilities services and to help resolve operational issues efficiently. The role also involves contributing to asset planning, identifying replacement priorities, and providing practical advice on maintenance and lifecycle decisions.
To be successful, you will bring experience in facilities, property, maintenance or asset management, along with strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities, build effective working relationships and maintain attention to detail is important. Familiarity with compliance processes, contractor coordination and project oversight would be highly regarded.
This position offers a competitive salary, access to flexible working options where available, and the opportunity to contribute to an essential public service environment. Relocation or housing support may be available depending on circumstances and eligibility.
