Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced estimator to lead the end-to-end tender process for a construction preconstruction team. This role is responsible for scope review, quantity take-offs, pricing, bid preparation, and submission, while helping establish a consistent and repeatable estimating workflow. You will play a key part in maintaining reliable cost information, organizing bid documentation, and supporting decision-making during pursuit and risk review activities. The position works closely with internal project teams as well as trade partners, suppliers, consultants, and clients to keep estimates accurate and aligned with project requirements. You will help clarify scope, identify potential risks, and contribute practical value-focused options where appropriate. In addition, you may assist with proposal responses and other business development materials tied to project pursuits. This role also supports preconstruction planning as needed, including coordination of schedules and deliverables, constructability input, cost planning at varying stages of design, and the transition from award to contract execution. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The ideal candidate has a solid background in construction estimating, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to take ownership of the tender process while contributing to continuous improvement across the preconstruction function.
