Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing team in the building safety sector. In this role, you will prepare detailed quotations for corrective work, repairs, service activities, and smaller projects identified through inspections, service visits, and maintenance work. You will review reports, scopes, drawings, and related documents to determine what is needed, then translate that information into clear and accurate pricing proposals. This position involves managing complex estimates independently while also working closely with field staff, operations, account managers, suppliers, and vendors. You will help confirm scope details, resolve missing or unclear information, and ensure quotations are complete before they are issued. The role also includes producing professional proposal documents, coordinating follow-up items, and supporting project handoff and execution through to completion. In addition, you may provide guidance to junior team members, review estimates as needed, and share useful pricing or product information with internal colleagues. Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities are important. The right candidate will bring technical knowledge, attention to detail, and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
