Senior Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to help shape and evolve an enterprise technology landscape. This role is responsible for aligning technology strategy with business outcomes while remaining adaptable as priorities change. The successful candidate will bring broad enterprise architecture experience and the ability to work across complex, multi-domain environments as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. In this role, you will guide architectural direction across multiple domains, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term strategic goals. You will lead technology decision-making to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business strategy. You will collaborate with business, product, and technology leaders to support customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth. You will assess current-state architecture, identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies, and recommend pragmatic transition paths toward target-state architecture. You will also support solution delivery by providing architectural oversight, define and operate governance processes, maintain architecture documentation and roadmaps, and identify opportunities for simplification, rationalization, and consolidation. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or senior architecture roles. Experience in large-scale, complex environments with multiple stakeholders and legacy constraints is required, along with strong analytical, systems-thinking, and stakeholder influence skills.
