Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide cross-functional software teams in a complex, client-facing delivery environment. This role combines people management, technical oversight, and hands-on contribution across the full product lifecycle. You will help shape architecture, support solution design, and stay involved in implementation, troubleshooting, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate brings extensive software engineering experience, including several years leading teams or technical delivery efforts. You should be comfortable managing engineers across backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps, and quality automation disciplines while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this position, you will coach team members, provide performance feedback, support career growth, and help with hiring and onboarding. You will also work closely with technical leads and other stakeholders to maintain strong engineering standards, improve delivery practices, and ensure teams are aligned around business outcomes. Experience with modern cloud-based development, relational and non-relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and automation-first practices is valuable.
