Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead hardware projects from early concept through release for manufacture and certification. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning complex designs, collaborating across disciplines, and supporting products intended for regulated markets such as medical, industrial, aerospace, defence, and other demanding applications. In this position, you will guide electrical design work from system architecture through production-ready documentation. You will develop and refine PCB assemblies using modern design software, perform circuit analysis and simulation to reduce risk before build, and contribute to testing, verification, and compliance activities. Close coordination with mechanical and firmware specialists will be part of the day-to-day work, as will maintaining clear records that support quality, traceability, and product approval. The successful candidate will bring senior-level experience in hardware design, including work with high-speed, RF, analog, or mixed-signal systems. A strong background in taking products from prototype to production is important, along with experience in technical leadership and mentoring. Professional engineering registration in Canada, or eligibility to transfer registration, is required.
