Senior ECE Coordinator

Position: Senior ECE Coordinator Classification: Full-time, Term (until March 31, 2028) Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 Location: Remote The Senior ECE Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic oversight, program coordination, and quality assurance for early childhood education (ECE) and language immersion initiatives within designated communities. This role involves supervising educators, coordinating curriculum and daily operations, and fostering strong relationships with families to ensure programs meet children's developmental, social, and emotional needs. Key responsibilities include leading the planning and implementation of ECE and language immersion programming, supervising and mentoring staff, coordinating training sessions, and liaising with community leadership and partners. The coordinator will also ensure the integration of local language, culture, and land-based learning into the programs, oversee reporting and evaluation, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Requirements for this position include a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, valid ECE certification, and several years of progressive experience in childcare or early learning environments. Candidates should possess leadership and supervisory experience, strong knowledge of child development, licensing regulations, and curriculum planning, along with excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Travel may be required, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
