We are looking for an experienced document control professional to lead information management across a fast-growing organization. This role is responsible for keeping records accurate, secure, well-organized, and easy to retrieve throughout the full document lifecycle. You will help build and maintain document control procedures, support compliance with internal standards and contractual requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between technical teams, managers, contractors, and outside stakeholders. In this position, you will oversee document management across project, operational, and corporate activities. Responsibilities include setting up and improving document control workflows, administering electronic document management tools, and creating clear rules for file naming, numbering, version control, and distribution. You will also review technical files, drawings, specifications, and agreements before release, maintain registers and tracking logs, and support audit preparation by ensuring records are complete and traceable. The role includes supervising or supporting other document control staff, training colleagues on proper procedures, and serving as a key contact for document governance and compliance matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable improving systems and processes in a dynamic environment. Experience with structured document control, record retention, and audit readiness is important.
