Senior Designer

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Designer to manage architectural design projects from initial concept through to fabrication and installation. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure designs are creative yet feasible within project constraints. Responsibilities include producing detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documents, as well as developing design solutions that balance aesthetic goals with technical requirements. The role also involves overseeing prototyping and testing, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and mentoring design team members. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of professional design experience in architectural fabrication or a related industry. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Experience with parametric design tools and knowledge of sustainable design practices is preferred. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating design innovation and technical proficiency. The role is primarily on-site, with a hybrid work arrangement. The annual compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
