Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to help strengthen offensive testing and adversary simulation activities across a large, multi-site enterprise environment. This role focuses on identifying weaknesses before they can be exploited by conducting penetration tests, security assessments, and red team style exercises against internal systems, public-facing applications, APIs, and cloud-based services. You will work with infrastructure, software, platform, and DevOps teams to review findings, improve controls, and reduce exposure across the environment. Day to day, you will scope and run security engagements, test web and mobile applications, review code for flaws, and validate vulnerabilities using a mix of manual techniques and established security tooling. You will also help integrate security checks into delivery pipelines and contribute to secure development practices. The successful candidate will document results clearly, prioritize issues based on risk, and provide practical remediation guidance that supports technical and compliance needs. Strong communication is important, as findings must be translated into business-relevant language for both technical and non-technical partners. Requirements include several years of experience in offensive security, a solid understanding of application security concepts, familiarity with common testing approaches and frameworks, and the ability to work comfortably in Unix and Windows environments. Experience with cloud security, automation, and relevant certifications would be an asset.
