We are seeking an experienced customer success professional to lead new client onboarding and implementation for a software platform. In this role, you will guide organizations from the initial kickoff through setup, training, and adoption, ensuring they have a smooth start and the support needed to succeed. You will work with a mix of clients, including mid-sized and larger organizations, and collaborate with administrators, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand their goals and configure the solution to fit their workflows.
This position involves delivering training sessions, building strong working relationships, and helping clients navigate setup tasks such as user configuration, environment preparation, and importing historical records or other legacy data. You will also manage onboarding schedules, coordinate follow-up meetings, and keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time. Regular communication by phone and email is part of the role, along with troubleshooting issues and partnering internally to resolve implementation challenges.
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or training in a software or technology environment. You should be organized, adaptable, confident with technical concepts, and able to explain information clearly. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across different time zones are important. Familiarity with data migration, change management, spreadsheets, or multilingual support is an asset.
